- Single Blush: These tiny blushes are super cheap and pretty good too. The packaging is dinky and a little bit cheap, but the blush itself is almost magical. I have the shades 001 Santa Rose and 031 Berry. They're really soft and finely milled and super pigmented which make them easy to apply and very natural looking on the cheeks. These are a bit old and have been repackaged since. They now come in more shades and have a brush. I can't comment much on those though.
- Scandaleyes Waterproof Eyeliner: These eyeliners could possibly be one of Rimmel's most famous products. These eyeliners are great - really smooth and creamy, incredibly pigmented and come in a variety of colours. My favourite is Nude, and it's perfect to take in the waterline to brighten up the eyes.
- 60 Seconds Nail Polish: Nail polishes are one of those things that I hate waiting around for. The time it takes for things to dry drives me insane. And to wait for two coats as well! Luckily, these came to the rescue. It has a great range of shades and a wonderful flat brush that makes the polish really quick and easy to apply, and combined with the fact that it dries super quickly? No problems there!
- Provocalips Lip Colour: The provocalips are a pretty new release for the Rimmel range. They're liquid lipsticks that have a matte finish and last for ages on the lips. The two step process allows for great lasting power and the colour is super intense. It's easy to apply and not too drying on the lips, which is great especially for a matte shade. They are also seriously long lasting. Like almost scrub-your-lips-until-they-fall-off long lasting.
- Match Perfection Foundation: Possibly my favourite product of the bunch, the Match Perfection foundation could be granted to the title of my favourite foundation. It has a light texture and a medium, dewy finish. It's really natural on the skin and wonderfully easy to apply. My only gripe with this product is that the shade range is pretty rubbish, and I have to mix two shades to get a colour that doesn't make me look like a strange pink ghost or like I've fake tanned my face funny. But for less than $20 and possibly one of the cheapest foundations at the drugstore? I'm not complaining (too much.)
And because I'm a massive cheat, honourable mentions go to the Kate Moss lipsticks and the Apocalips. The lipsticks are great, matte formulas with a nice range of shades and the Apocalips are a nice sheeny liquid lipstick with good pigmentation and a wonderful, easy to use applicator.
Let me know if I've missed your favourite Rimmel product. I definitely want to give some more of them a go.
Now, I wonder which brand will be next...
