You don't hear a lot about Chi Chi cosmetics on the interwebs, possibly because it's an Australian brand and doesn't get a lot of exposure. But that doesn't mean they don't produce any good products. I'm not sure if Chi Chi is a drugstore brand, as it can be found in both Target and Myer, but I think the pricepoint is pretty comparable, so it qualifies in my books!
The Chi Chi Baked eyeshadows are single baked eyeshadows that come in a variety of different shades and finishes. The packaging is really adorable - every shade is packaged as a record and they're all named after iconic power songs. I love them.
What I love about these is that they're amazingly pigmented, easy to blend and pretty long lasting. Even the matte shades. In fact, I'm Every Woman, the light brown shade is my absolute favourite drugstore taupe shadow. It's really hard to find good drugstore mattes, and this one really ticked the box.
I have these in six shades. Yes I know, I went a little overboard when I bought them. To the Moon and Back is a matte eggshell shade that's great for highlighting. I'm Every Woman is a matte light brown taupe perfect as a transition shade. Beautiful Day is a metallic golden shade. Burning Up is the darker, more golden version of Beautiful Day. Crazy in Love is a beautiful metallic warm brown. Rock With You is a deep burgundy plum shade which I love for the colder months.
They're all equally beautiful and easy to apply. I honestly think they're some of the best eyeshadows from the drugstore, and they're only about $15 a pop!
