I'm sure every girl realises once in a while that their lipstick collection slowly moves its way into her handbag. It's a fact of life that once a lipstick enters the handbag, it's effectively lost for a good few weeks. Here's a little peek into the lipsticks currently in my handbag, even if they all look very similar to one another.
Bourjois Color Boost in Proudly Naked and Plum Russian: You've probably read about 15 rants about how much I love this lip crayon. They're just dead easy to apply and give a teensy bit of moisture to keep my lips from feeling cracked and dry.
Bourjois Rouge Edition Velvet in Nude-ist: I'm pretty sure it's no secret how much I love Bourjois lip products, and this one is no exception. I'm also pretty sure there's a review somewhere here on my blog as well. Either way, it's a gorgeous and easy to apply matte rosy pink that's super long lasting, which basically means I don't need to worry about reapplying. Unless I'm eating some seriously greasy food.
Mac lipstick in Shanghai Spice: Recently this has been the go-to lipstick living in my bag. It's a gorgeous peachy nude which gives just enough colour to my lips to add a little life, but at the same time still look like I've put a tiny bit of effort into my face, especially because it's not your standard pink lip. Thanks to my wonderful best friend for the gift.
Lipstick Queen Vesuvius Liquid Lipstick in Blush: I've never mentioned this particular product before. It's basically like a tube of liquid lipstick with a little brush to apply to product. I bought it as part of a set during the Christmas period, but never got around to writing a post about it, though I do have the photo that I took for that post... It's a beautiful easy to wear pink with bit of a minty smell and tingles a little on my lips. Does it have plumping properties? I'm not too sure, but it looks pretty damn good on.
And since I took this photo, three more lip products have entered the place where lipsticks go to be forgotten. Oops!
